I live and work in North Vancouver, B.C, with my husband, two kids, and two cats. (A friend always says, “What is it with writers and their cats?) I’ve been writing stories my whole life. My report cards came home saying “daydreams in class.” Now I realize that is a good thing.

I have an eclectic set of degrees, and for many years I focused on art and design. Some of the most interesting bits of my history include my time in London, England, working as a trained metalsmith. My creative skills have fueled writing for magazines, zines, national newspapers, ad copy, websites, anthologies, etc. Writing is a calling and a passion, and it chooses you, you don’t choose it. Like a virus, only better.
